1. Our Services
Kamal Properties Limited provides short-term furnished accommodation in apartments and residential properties across Europe for stays ranging from one night to several days, including weekend stays, short city visits, temporary accommodation and business travel.
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings are confirmed by telephone, email or through our contact form. Prices are quoted per night in pounds sterling (£) and must be paid in accordance with the confirmation issued at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are stated in your booking confirmation. Where no specific terms are given, cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival may be eligible for a full refund of amounts paid. We encourage guests to inform us of changes as early as possible.
4. Guest Obligations
Guests agree to treat the property with care, to respect neighbours and community rules, and to use the property only for lawful purposes. Smoking policies and any other house rules are stated in the arrival information for each property.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care to maintain our properties to a high standard, Kamal Properties Limited shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Kamal Properties Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 04550606.
