Our policies
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation and in our Terms of Service. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible by phone or email — cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival may be eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
Check-in/check-out
Check-in is normally from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00 (local time), with flexible arrival times for business travellers. Exact arrangements are confirmed personally before every stay.
Payment
Prices are quoted per night in pounds sterling (£) and payment is handled securely at the time of booking. Full payment details are included in your booking confirmation.
Parking
Parking availability depends on the property — our Family Holiday House includes free private parking, and city apartments have secure options nearby. Ask us when booking and we will confirm for your chosen apartment.
